Psyhological Counseling and Support

PSYCHOLOGIST AND  PARENT COOPERATION

In the spirit of community support, the school provides psychological counselling for students who not only experience problems in the classroom but also confront problems with friends, in the home and in their daily lives.  A psychologist trained and experienced in child psychology works directly with the child and parents in dealing with the issues and returning the child to a fully functional student and member of the family and community.  The psychologist follows a method of phased examination and counselling.

COUNSELORS AND  EDUCATORS

Another innovation of the school is the creation of a counsel of educators available to counter the personal problems of a student and pursue avenues of re-orienting the student.

SEMINARS FOR PARENTS AND  CHILD CUSTODIANS

The school organizes scheduled day-long seminars for parents and educators as an opportunity to discuss issues and seek answers to questions relative to psychological problems challenging students.  Experienced specialists in the field of child psychology are in attendance to answer questions and provide advice to parents and teachers on how to help troubled students.
